Okay...I must be feeling better. Last night I managed to have pasta for dinner without any ill effects. This morning, I finally had that much needed morning cup of coffee. There wasn't any question about it...I was going to have that cup if it killed me. I was desperate. Thank goodness I take mine with lots of artificial sweetener and flavored milk. That seemed to help tame the acidity so it was nice and smooth going down. Now I finally feel like a human being again. Ahhhhhh...

A Healthy Cup of Coffee
Okay...I must be feeling better. Last night I managed to have pasta for dinner without any ill effects. This morning, I finally had that much needed morning cup of coffee. I take mine with a lot of sugar & powdered & flavored cream too. Yum!

Glad you are feeling better! It's the pits having stomach flu, I hate to throw up!! Gag! Usually I like saltines and ginger ale and that helps. I know how you feel, I wash my hands constantly and am so careful but still catch things. At our grocery store they have wipes by the shopping carts so that you can disenfect the handle before you put your hands on it. I love it!

I had a Toasted Almond flavored coffee today, cream no sugar. It was yummy.
Coffee is one of God's better gifts. Glad you are again able to enjoy it again.
