AKA Birthday Girl

Yes...today is my birthday and this year it all seems to revolve around food. Yesterday I took my mom out for lunch as a thank you for creating my birthday; last night Rick and I went out for Japanese food. After church tonight, the two of us will probably go to our favorite neighborhood Mexican restaurant to celebrate. Then tomorrow evening it's a birthday dinner with Lynn, her family, Mom and, of course, Rick at an Italian restaurant near Lynn's house. Sigh...by the time this birthday weekend is over, I'll definitely be another year older AND will probably weigh a whole lot more. How's that for a double whammy!

Happy Birthday! Have fun and enjoy all the food!

That was sweet - taking your Mom out to thank her for your birthday.

Birthday calories and pounds don't count. ;)

Just enjoy all your attention and don't worry about it until at least a week afterward.

Then return to your sensible diet with exercise and you'll be fine.

Happy Birthday! I hope you have a great time.

re: that recipe & Rick's diet...you could make it healthier by using No-Yolks noodles...low fat cheeses and low fat or veggie toppings...and no bread. Oh and I think the sauce is pretty safe, but you could make your own too.

It would be cool to find out who all made the recipe and how they changed it to suit them. hummm

Happy Day After Your Birthday! I meant to stop in yesterday to leave birthday wishes but got sidetracked at the mall with two teenagers after work. Hope it was the happiest of days and that a very happy year lies before you!
