Now You Like It
I'm getting ready to drive to my sister's to pick up Mom so we can go get our hair cut this morning. So what does my husband do? Last night over dinner he looks across the table and tells me how nice my hair looks. Why is it he tells me this less than 24 hours before I'm getting it cut? Where has he been the last 5 weeks? Now I don't know whether to just have a trim or have it cut shorter. I'm so confused...thanks Hubby!

I think that all DHs are like that. Mine will do the same thing...or say "I liked your hair before you had it done better."

Sometimes a compliment is just a compliment. But then again I may not be reading into this enough....

I got my hair cut two days ago. My husband hasn't noticed. At least yours looked at you.
Renee: My husband always says he likes mine super short but last night it certainly wasn't that! I'm still confused.
Patches: Yes it was a compliment...of sorts.
Lynn: Yes he did say something...even if it's only 5 weeks late.
Meno: Yep he looked at it last night but he never noticed it 5 weeks ago when I got home from the salon!
Guys mean well, but don't always notice the things we hope they would.

I hate that! It throws me off so much.
Guys are sometimes clueless when it comes to giving compliments. At least he noticed, that's a good sign!
