The Dell Saga Continues

Just a quick update...

The supposed e-mail from the Dell technician never appeared. I called the phone number and extension provided and left a voice mail message. The result...absolutely nothing.

My certified letter to Michael Dell, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, is in the mail.

That e-mail idea sounded too good to be true!

Let's hope the big guy can take care of this.

Hi Joan... Yes the switch took just a few minutes and didn't hurt at all. I'll just need to get some of my sidebar pictures cleared up and I'll be good to go.

I did have to get a Google account...which I used my google email for. So no harm no foul. Good luck for your hubby.

Hey Joan, thanks for stopping by my site! Nothing is worse then paisley going the wrong way! lol That would've done it for me too!!!!
Loved your post on the Beatles!!! I was so in love with Paul I almost couldn't stand it. I still have some of the old memorabila too, packed away in a trunk. I begged for Beatles wallpaper but my mother nixed it! (Smart woman!)

let me know when you are frustrated enough for me to call my Dell rep. I will need the service call number if they gave you one.

What's the point of having your personal Dell person if you can't use him?
